New vocabulary was introduced, such as hamper, flask and cool box. Favourite sandwich fillings were discussed and recorded.
The oven was in full use while cakes and bread were baked and delicious smells lingered in the classrooms!
Role play involved a café in R2 and a market place in R1. Children took turns playing different roles and developed their vocabulary, early writing skills, number recognition and counting skills.
Although we are nearly at the end of the school year, new displays are still going up on the classroom walls. We have such a wealth of talented young artists in our classes.Have a good weekend!Jacquie, Louise, Janice, Vivienne, Sylvie, Hafiza, Sheryl Gina and Irene would like to thank you all for your support over the school year and wish you a fun filled holiday.
